During this initial phase, we sit down with you to get a high level understanding of the challenges that you face.  This also gives us an introduction into your business and you an introduction into Davint.  If your need matche our service offerings, then we deliver a proposal for the project.

During the planning phase, we design and communicate an approach for the execution of the project.  This includes a requirements analysis, design process, and a structured project plan.

3. Development

4. Implementation

The development phase is where most of the heavy, technical work occurs.  We utilize the right technologies for the right tasks, code them with performance and maintainability in mind, and document the process.  Full development and acceptance testing occurs here.  The development phase is not complete until the customer accepts the product.

The implementation phase is the final step of the project process.  Once the software has been fully developed, we install it, configure it, and production test it in the final location(s).

Our implementation phase is designed to bring the project to total completion.
